BEMS Projects
Building Energy Management Systems are a critical asset in today’s modern buildings, delivering operational control functionality over a wide range of building plant and equipment such as; boilers, pumps, valves, air-handling plant, air-conditioning systems and so forth.
In controlling the plant and equipment to its optimal performance, whilst ensuring the required comfort environment is delivered, vast amounts of energy and therefore operating cost and carbon emissions can be saved. This attention to operational and energy performance is where CEC excels.
Our expertise is delivered across a variety of customer environments, including but not limited to; commercial offices, education facilities, heritage buildings, critical environments, retail stores, leisure facilities and healthcare. Our customers rely on CEC to design and deliver the right solutions in a cost-effective and energy-conscious manner.
Whether you have an existing system that requires upgrading and enhancing or are looking for a new installation, our expert team will work to achieve a solution to budget and timeframe parameters. We can even retain and utilise (where feasible) existing installation infrastructure such as electrical installation, controls panels etc. integrating it with the latest BEMS and IOT technology.
Integration
A key aspect of our capabilities at CEC is the integration of multiple third-party systems into a common user interface. Our customers demand ever-more connectivity, integration, capability and crucially, data from the systems and assets within their buildings.
In terms of the Graphical User Interface (GUI), CEC will work with our customers to define and create the perfect system front-end control and visualisation to ensure key information is delivered to all stakeholders, including; owner/operator, building users, maintenance and operations teams, technical facilities management and specialist third-party providers.
