Like a number of the CEC team, Paul has a long and successful career in the building controls industry that started with Staefa, now Siemens, where he enjoyed a number of different roles from Engineer to Project Manager and Regional Operations Manager. Another of the original team of Matrix (now E.ON Control Solutions), Paul was engaged with and responsible for a number of the business’s strategic developments centred around the evolution of national accounts and energy solutions. Paul was instrumental in changing the effectiveness of the mobile engineering solutions, driving a far greater focus on site energy optimisation, use of technology to manage resources, adoption of the national accounts mindset, operational delivery approach and many other innovations.
