Jim has a wealth of industry experience from starting his career in building controls at Satchwell, then migrating into Siemens Building Technologies (formerly the Staefa brand). After his time in Siemens, Jim joined the team at Matrix Control Solutions as one of the original team and a senior manager, specialising in system design, project management and technical system commissioning. Following the sale of Matrix to the Germany utility giant, E.ON, Jim decided to become an independent technical consultant to a number of businesses in the controls industry, before joining up with Russell Stuart and the CEC brand. Jim now leads the technical design and delivery functions of the company’s Projects Division, where he is seeing more and more customer traction and a clear drive for customers to select controls partners that they can rely on to deliver.
